I have been involved in different facets of the building trades and education, for well over 25 years. I became fascinated with architecture in middle school while taking standard mechanical and architectural drafting classes. I continued with those studies along with shop classes throughout high school and college.

During my high school years, and college I worked for different construction companies building houses from the ground up, and learned a variety of trades in the process. After college I earned a teaching degree, and taught middle school mechanical, and architectural drafting along with wood shop for ten years in California.

Matt was great! He completed the inspection for new home purchase and was able to do it the day after contact! He walked me through not only some concerns and the “why’s” behind them, but also gave me timeliness on when improvements should be done and what to prioritize.
